Project Update - April 2025

Planning is now underway for the Kimberley Eclipse in 2028, with the State government establishing a Regional Working Group (RWG) led by the Kimberley Development Commission.

This group is tasked with developing a coordinated delivery strategy to ensure the region is well-prepared to host this significant event.

We're pleased to share that our CEO Vernon Lawrence will represent our zone as part of the RWG, ensuring our local perspective is included in regional planning efforts.

The group is currently finalising its Terms of Reference, with the next meeting scheduled for early May 2025.
