    Progress on the Wyndham Community Hub project is currently awaiting the outcome of the Commonwealth government election.

    The project's grant funding will be administered by WA Treasury on behalf of the State, and the Shire anticipates commencing grant negotiations in late May or early June.

    The Federal Government's $19.6 million commitment was announced by Prime Minister Anthony Albanese during his visit to Kununurra in January 2025.

    The Shire awaits a Grant Agreement.
