Corporate Business Plan 2024-2028

The Corporate Business Plan (CBP) is an integrated business plan that guides the Shire on what services and projects will be resourced and delivered over the next five year period. The Corporate Business Plan is the key document that activates the goals and strategies of the Strategic Community Plan around the three focus areas, Liveability, Connectivity and Sustainability.

Each year the Shire reviews and updates the CBP. The review ensures that the Plan continues to provide a detailed roadmap that outlines the Shire's strategic objectives as actionable steps.
